As a Registered Nurse (RN, BSN) and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, I bring clinical expertise and compassionate presence into your home during one of the most transformative seasons of life. My work supports both maternal recovery and newborn wellness through evidence-based assessments, breastfeeding support, and personalized guidance.

Why Sacred Journey Was Created
During my years caring for women and newborns in clinical settings, I witnessed both the incredible strength of mothers and the vulnerability that often accompanies the transition into motherhood.
Women deserve more than discharge instructions and online advice. They deserve licensed, professional nursing care that provides reassurance, clinical insight, and calm support in the privacy of their own home.

Does Sacred Journey replace my OB or pediatrician?
No. This service complements your existing medical care and provides additional in-home nursing support.
How does Sacred Journey differ from Doula/Midwife?
Sacred Journey was designed to complement the care provided by doulas/midwives. While doulas and midwives focus on pregnancy, birth, and labor support, Sacred Journey focuses on the postpartum experience - providing hands-on guidance with maternal recovery, feeding support/education, newborn care, and the emotional transition into motherhood. My goal is to support mothers and families physically and emotionally as they move through pregnancy and postpartum.
How do I choose the right package?
Your consultation allows us to discuss your pregnancy and pregnancy history, current complications, recovery goals, feeding needs, and desired level of support.
When should I begin working with Sacred Journey?
Many clients begin their journey during pregnancy to help prepare for birth and the postpartum period, and monitor complications during pregnancy if needed. Others start after delivery to support their postpartum recovery, healing, and adjustment into motherhood.
Is this only for first-time mothers?
No. Sacred Journey supports mothers at every stage of their journey. Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, personalized care can help support recovery, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.
